Shipping Policy

We process online orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, an order is packed and shipped within two working days after receipt.

After shipment, the parcel is handed over to the carrier. Once the shipment has been processed, you will receive a track and trace link by email, allowing you to follow your order.

Please note that during busy periods at carriers, such as around holidays or promotional periods, delivery may take longer than usual. We remain responsible for the correct delivery of your order.

For consumers, orders will be delivered no later than 30 days after the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed. If an order is not delivered within this period, you have the right to cancel the agreement.

The risk of loss or damage to an order remains with us until the order has been delivered to the specified delivery address.

Shipping costs may apply. The amount of shipping costs depends on the delivery address and the total value of the order. Any applicable shipping costs are always clearly shown during the checkout process, before the order is completed. Any promotions, such as free shipping, are automatically applied and displayed in the checkout.

For business customers, different shipping costs and delivery times may apply. These will be communicated in advance or made visible during the checkout process.
