Returns and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

Notification of cancellation

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can notify us within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to info@sjaalmetverhaal.nl, stating your order number. Providing a reason is not required.

Return shipment

After cancellation, you must return the product within 14 days to the return address listed below. The costs for returning the order are at your own expense. We recommend sending your return shipment using a shipping method with track and trace.

The product must be carefully packaged and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original condition and packaging.

You may inspect and assess the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may charge for any resulting reduction in value.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Damaged or incorrect delivery

If an item is damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sjaalmetverhaal.nl so that we can work together to find an appropriate solution.

Refunds

After receiving the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
