Returns

Are you not satisfied with your order? Then you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You can easily do this using the 'Request Return' function in your account.

Registering a return

Registering a return is easy via your account in our webshop.

• Go to our webshop and click on the profile icon at the top right or go directly to your account.
• Log in with your email address. You will receive a 6-digit code to log in.
• Go to your orders and click on 'Request Return' for the relevant order.
• Select the items you wish to return and submit your request.
• After registering your return, you will receive instructions for returning the items.

Do you want to exchange? Then place a new order in the webshop and register your current order as a return via your account.

Return conditions

Please note the following when returning items:

• Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order. After registering your return, you then have 14 days to return the items to us.
• After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used to pay for the order. The costs for returning are at your own expense.
• Gift vouchers cannot be returned.
• Items must be returned in original condition and well packaged.

• You may assess an item as you would in a physical store. If an item has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a reduction in value may apply.
