Become a Customer

Would you like to become a customer as a retailer and order online with us? You can! Email us your store name, Chamber of Commerce and VAT number, describe your store, and let us know what you're most interested in. After approval, we will create an account for your store, and you will receive an email with confirmation and a link to log in.

Shipping Costs

Orders under €350 excluding VAT within the Netherlands have a shipping cost of €8.95 (excluding VAT), and no shipping costs apply for orders over that amount.
Shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are €9.95, for Luxembourg €13.95, and for France €15.95 (other countries upon request).

Payment Terms

Sjaal met Verhaal holds the Social Enterprise label. Therefore, we are not a standard company! We follow a payment term of 7 days so that we can pre-finance our suppliers in Nepal and Thailand.
