Returns/Exchanges

Are you not completely satisfied and want to return an item? No problem. You can return the items within 14 days after receiving your order (except gift cards). You may return the product at your own cost, securely packaged, and with a track-and-trace code. If you want to exchange the product, return it following the procedure below and order the desired product through the webshop.

When returning items, please keep the following in mind:

• Send an email to [email protected] with the order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Make sure to return the items within 14 days after receiving your order.
• Include a paper with your name, address, and order number!
• The items must be returned in their original condition. Make sure they are well-packaged to avoid damage during transport.
• The return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend requesting a track-and-trace code.
• Returned items will not be accepted if they have been worn/washed, are damaged, or if you attempted to repair any damage yourself.
