If you're not completely satisfied and want to return an item, no problem. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order (except for gift cards). You must return the product at your own expense, well-packed, and with a track-and-trace code. Want to exchange? Return the product using the procedure below and place a new order for the desired product through the webshop.

Please keep the following in mind when returning:

• Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return. Ensure that you return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include a note with your name, address, and bank account number.
• Items must be returned in their original condition. Ensure they are well-packed to avoid damage during transport.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Returned items will not be accepted if they are worn/washed, damaged, or if you attempted to repair the damage yourself.

We have a webshop for individual customers. The showroom in Middelburg is unfortunately not open to the public. Want to pick up your webshop order in person? You can, just indicate it in your online order and make an appointment in advance!

When you place an order, we process it within two business days. Once your package is picked up by the post, it will generally be delivered the next day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow your order by clicking the link in the email.

You can enter the code in the shopping cart or during checkout in the 'Use Promo Code/Voucher' field. Enter the code here and click 'Add'. The amount will automatically be deducted. If you have a voucher that can be used multiple times, you will receive a new email with a new code for the remaining balance after the order. NOTE: Shipping costs are not included in the voucher amount in our system! If you still need to pay more, you can do so via iDEAL or another direct payment method.

You can pay with a VVV Gift Card at Sjaal met Verhaal. For these gift cards, you may not spend more than €50 per card, even if the card is worth more. Select 'VVV Gift Card or Webshop Gift Card' under Payment and click 'Place Order'. A screen will appear where you can choose the VVV Gift Card, and it will guide you through the process. The discount will be applied immediately. You can use the balance in full or in parts. If the gift card balance is insufficient, you can pay the remaining amount using your preferred payment method.

Due to the new European anti-money laundering directive (AMLD5), as of July 1, 2020, the online transaction part of the VVV Gift Card may not exceed €50. Of course, you can pay the remaining part of the online transaction with iDEAL.

The Webshop Gift Card concept has changed. To use the balance of your card in our webshop, you first need to convert it into a gift card that is only valid in Sjaal met Verhaal's webshop. You can do this via this link.

Once converted, you can use the gift card to pay in our webshop by selecting 'VVV Gift Card or Webshop Gift Card' under Payment and clicking 'Place Order'. A screen will appear where you can select the Webshop Gift Card, and it will guide you through the process. The discount will be applied immediately. You can use the balance in full or in parts. If the gift card balance is insufficient, you can pay the remaining amount using your preferred payment method.

Within the Netherlands, we charge no shipping fees for orders of €50 or more. For orders under €50, we charge a reduced shipping fee of €5.95. (Different rates apply to stores! See here)

Yes, certainly. In just a few clicks, you can change your delivery address. This is useful if you want to surprise someone with a gift or if you're not at home. Add the items you want to ship to a different address to your shopping cart. Change the shipping address to where you want to receive the items. The billing address will remain your own address.
